PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Farrar supports customer requirements through controlled manufacturing processes across advanced composites, metals, glass, and plastics. We can support programs during prototyping and production, based on customer-supplied requirements and applicable specifications. We produce composite parts and associated tooling in accordance with approved drawings and documented processes, including builds to existing configurations and builds incorporating customer-authorized revisions.
Our technical team is available early in the program lifecycle to support material selection and manufacturability planning. The team can also support later phases to execute composite builds in accordance with customer requirements, approved drawings, and process documentation. We maintain controlled processes and continuous improvement practices for materials and manufacturing methods to support consistent, repeatable production. Our experience includes wings, landing gear components, fins, control surfaces, and fittings.

Farrar operates a 10,500 square foot machining facility in Southern California. Our team supports CNC machining, tooling, complex assemblies, and low-to-medium volume production for advanced composite applications.
